Handmade by skillful artisans from Morocco, bring warmth and calm to your space using Natural Rectangle terracotta tiles. Already made with an aged aesthetic, over time you will notice the tiles develop a refined patina - retelling the subtle movements of your story. Whether applied as an accent or for large layouts, using raw terracotta tiles will become uniquely yours with rarefied distinction.

* V3 to V4: Moderate to High Variation - Each tile will vary from one another due to their natural and handmade characteristics. Images are representative of the tile you order. Images may not display all the possible variations of the tile you receive.

** Industry standard advises adding 15% overage to your order in case of tile cuts, future repairs, or breakage from shipping.

*** To achieve an aesthetic with less variance between your tiles, we suggest ordering 25% overage. This allows you to better select which tiles fit your desired effect.

** Uses **

We recommend using this tile for infrequently wet interior applications (e.g weatherproofed porch floors, wall tile, kitchen or bathroom, fireplace accent, etc). We do not recommend you install this tile where waterproofing applications are needed. Please consult a professional tile installer if you are unsure of the installation requirements for your specific project.

** Install **

Due to the variations that can exist between tiles, we suggest you pull tile pieces from different boxes to presort and arrange how you would like to layout your tile prior to installation. This will ensure the tile meets the look of your project. We suggest ordering an additional 25% of tile if your project needs an aesthetic with less variance.

This tile can be installed with or without a grout joint. If you use a grout joint, we suggest you use a minimum 3/8" grout joint. Tile dimensions provided are approximate and may vary slightly because each tile is handmade. Because of this, grout joints will be imprecise. Please consult a professional tile installer if you have any questions or concerns about the installation of tile for your project.

If you want to preserve the look of your tile, we recommend applying a sealant to your tile before and after installation. After installation, you can care for your tile by regularly cleaning your tile with warm water and mild soaps. Please refer to the FAQ page for more detailed instructions on installation and care.

Box Orders will ship on a pallet via an LTL carrier (Less than Truckload). Pallet shipping costs are priced at different tiers based on weight. For example, the price to ship an order weighing 150 lbs may be similar to the price to ship an order weighing 300 lbs. In general, you will maximize your shipping costs by placing larger order amounts. Shipping costs will be calculated and provided at checkout.

International Shipping is available to Canada only. It is up to the buyer to ensure they are able to receive parcel and LTL shipments from the US. LTL shipping costs will include customs fees or any duties to import items into Canada. Canadian duties are roughly 13%. You may also use the Contact page to inquire about custom shipping quotes for your international order.

Local pick up in Minneapolis, MN is also available.

Typically, orders are available for pick up or ship within 5-7 business days. Shipping speeds vary based on the order size, shipping address, and carrier chosen to deliver your order. At checkout, you will have the option to add a shipping warranty to your order in the unlikely scenario your order is damaged, goes missing, or is stolen. All sales are final. No refunds will be granted when an order is confirmed. Because of this we highly recommend you order sample tiles, before placing a full order, to validate they fit your project needs.

Additionally, we highly encourage you to opt-in to the shipping warranty option provided at checkout. Orders that do not purchase the shipping warranty will be unable to seek support for items lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping.
